We take care of helping you determine what the best heating equipment will be for your specific home. Our installation service will select a furnace for you based on the size of your house, your budget, and energy efficiency factors. We will have technicians who will work with you from the first step of your heating repair to the finished installation of your furnace.

We are prepared to handle your heating installation, whether your needs are gas or electric, commercial, or residential. We offer a full range of quality heating products designed to meet all of your heating needs.

We aim to provide a cost-effective, energy-efficient unit that will provide ease of control and long-term operation. Then, we take this to the next level with outstanding value and fast, professional maintenance. If a furnace fails, it must be repaired immediately, especially if it's a gas or oil furnace, which can produce carbon monoxide.

heat pump repair and installation

A heat pump is one of the most efficient methods of heating and cooling in mild climates. In recent years, heat pumps have surpassed their older counterparts regarding efficiency and operating costs. A heat pump cools in the summer and heats in the winter by transferring heat energy from the outside to the inside of a home, and the opposite is true in summer when it transfers heat to the outdoors.

If you have any problems with your heat pump, such as the compressor not turning on or running continuously, it needs to be repaired. Give us a call.

Heating System Maintenance

Maintaining your heating system is one of the most important things you can do for your home. You will save on your utility bills and prolong the life of your equipment, but most importantly, you will protect your home and family. Heating systems are one of the most significant causes of home fires, and your heater should be maintained every year. Heating systems can also cause dangerous CO leaks, so whether you use our experienced professionals or another company, please get your heating system tuned up once a year.

We offer heating system maintenance, one-time system checks, and full-service maintenance plans. Whichever option you choose, heating system maintenance provides the opportunity for a full-system inspection and cleaning of the system parts that aren't readily accessible to a homeowner.

Following an inspection and cleaning, our professional technician will give the homeowner the information necessary to make intelligent conclusions about the system's needs. Maintenance brings minor issues to light, which can easily be repaired before they become or cause significant repairs to be required. These small repairs may also prevent the system from failing inconveniently.

We offer maintenance checks and maintenance plans for all heating system makes and models.

Thermostats

We repair or replace all models of thermostats. When a thermostat fails due to bad batteries, dirt, or even an incorrect setting, a technician may determine that it is the thermostat that requires repair or replacement. Typical issues include the furnace or heat pump running continuously, failing to run, a temperature display that isn't the same as the temperature in the room, or one that doesn't have a display at all. These may be signs that the thermostat, which should last about ten years, needs to be repaired or replaced.

Heating FAQs

  • Convection or a thermopile generator are the means of operating a gas furnace without electrical power. Most gas furnaces, however, do require electricity to run the thermostat, the blower motor, and relays.

  • After some basic troubleshooting, such as checking the pilot light, checking the breaker switch, and making sure the thermostat is set to heat mode, the best thing to do is to call a professional. If it isn't one of the visible items a homeowner can manage, the homeowner doesn't have the tools, knowledge, or skill to correct himself. That's okay! We are here to help.

  • Water leaking from a furnace is nearly always condensation. Condensation leaks aren't drastic or frightful but must be handled by an HVAC professional. A clog in the condensate line or a condensate pump that has failed are common causes of a leaking furnace.
